Single Room Supplement – $289– limited to (1) single room for every (5) twin/double rooms.

Departure Tax additional – Currently $80 JFK - not guaranteed until ticketed.

Optional Travel Protection Plan - $99 – must be purchased with initial deposit.  

Payment Form: Celtic Tours accepts Agency Checks or Credit Card (Visa or MC) for payment(s). A Credit Authorizion form is required for Credit Card payments (faxed copies are acceptable). Upon booking with Celtic Tours, you will receive a confirmation # and invoice. A $200 per person deposit is required by November 1 to secure your reservation. Full payment is required by April 1, 2003.   Late bookings accepted up to 10 days prior to departure, subject to availability and late fees.

Below you will find a form to use to make applications.  Please return the application form to Mr. Orr, who will then fill in the group tour number and other booking information.  Mr. Orr will send it on to Celtic Tours.  Feel free to print out as many copies as you need.
